Courses of Awakening started, which are an online courses, aiming to systematically introduce His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu, Hua Zang Dharma and Buddhism, Heart Intuitive Dharma and Awakening Culture, values of Hua Zang Dharma, Hua Zang Dharma outlook on life, and practical principles and methods of Hua Zang to people who are just getting to know Hua Zang Dharma in society. Every session lasts for two months, Till now, the courses have conducted six sessions.

Hua Zang Dharma Channel of “Heart World” formally appeared in a network platform, “YY Groups”, which could provide the convenience of voice chatting from different places. In order to facilitate communication with all His students, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu began to take “Heart world” Channel as the significant platform to preach Dharma. Besides, the channel became a net-home for His Holiness and His disciples and students to discuss Zen and chat. In the same day, the blog of “Heart Lamp Online”was set up in 163.com, publicizing His Holiness Vairocana’s nectar speech on Zen and Dharma.

The Hua Zang Royal Diet formally started. The Hua Zang Royal Diet is a series of diet prescriptions to recuperate mind and body, improve life quality for the whole of society, based on Hua Zang Holographic Life Science and Technology. Its purpose is to rectify the cultural misunderstanding of modern diets, initiating scientific health promotion, influencing and driving mutual progress of lives in wholeness through the promotion and perfection of individual life quality. The Hua Zang Royal Diet operates in accordance with commercial mode, and Wu Xin is the first General Manager.

Mr.Wu Zeng Heng went to the Bureau of Exit & Entry Administration of Public Security of Guangdong Province in person to complain that he waited eight months for an Individual Tourist Visa to Hong Kong and Macao and His Private Passport, and His applications were refused.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu formally delivered a series of lectures on Buddhist rituals in Buddhist Instruments Shop of Vairocana Dharmadhatu, signifying the beginning of Hua Zang Dharma’s standardizing Buddhist rituals. Through the lecture, His Holiness gave instructions on the source of Buddhist vestments, its shapes, fabric, colors; Buddhism naming system; code of Buddist rituals; and service and worship in Buddhism.

The Buddha´s Birthday: At about 9pm, on the eve of an important Buddhist holiday (the commemoration of Buddha Sakyamuni’s birthday), together with several policemen, Luo Yu, Director of the Zhuhai Qian-shan Police station, forcefully broke into the Mr.Wu Ze Heng’s residence and searched all rooms, without presenting any search warrant or any other legal documentation authorizing their action. Afterwards, Mr.Wu Zeng Heng was beaten and injured. Then, the police officer forcibly arrested His Holiness and his family with handcuffs. They were taken to the police station for interrogating and detention. Meanwhile, with large quantities of police force, the police arrested 14 Hua Zang disciples, students and Mr.Wu’s family to detain. After 24-hour detention, Mr.Wu Zeng Heng and his students were released without charge and without being provided any legal document explaining or justifying the police actions. The excuse from Qian-shan Police station was that the police suspected Mr.Wu would have a Dharma ceremony on Buddha’s Birthday, and they made a verbal summons in the name of “suspected illegal gathering”. The event of Buddha Birthday aroused great indignation in China and abroad. Hua Zang students appealed to the concerned authorities for help, but the police in Zhuhai gave no conclusion from the beginning to end. Soon after, the director, Luo Yu, was promoted into Vice Director of Xiangzhou Branch, Security Bureau of Zhuhai.

Wu Hui, Hua Zang disciple of the Second Generation, took Yuan Qi as his disciple, symbolizing the formal restart of the lineage of the Third Generation after His Holiness vairocana Xing Wu’release from prison.

The Dharma Seal of the Vairocana Dharmadhatu– Square Precept Altar came into being. Where the Holy Altar is placed, thousands of Buddhas will present and protect, and all saints will arrive and linger. If sentient beings from all dimensions of space and time worship the Holy Alter sincerely, they will be guarded and protected, their sufferings will be relieved, and the disasters will be alleviated or eliminated! The Holy Altar is a grand protection from Hua Zang Dharma to the world. Its merit to protect all beings in peace is immeasurable.

The QQ Group of“Awakening Study of Heart Dharma II” was suspected of sensitive topics like politics, religion etc. by Tencent Company, and was closed. After the closure, another QQ Group named “the Road to Enlightenment” got online. Various QQ discussion groups about awakening study of Heart Dharma were set up simultaneously.

His Holiness vairocana Xing Wu solemnly preached Charpter on Hua Zang – The Holy Aggregate Door of the Orthodox Dharma through YY Channel, “Heart World”. Charpter on Hua Zang – The Holy Aggregate Door of the Orthodox Dharma is a revelation of Hua Zang to the Orthodox Dharma Lineage, Dharma sources of other major Buddhist sects, and the essential principles. And it rectified successively the deficiency of the practical system of other major sects, and demonstrated different grades of Dharma practice to the whole world. The preaching of The Holy Aggregate Door of the Orthodox Dharma signified the beginning of the Orthodox Dharma of Hua Zang’s rightening the root and clarifying the source, and rectifying all temples and monasteries . After the first chapter Origin of The Holy Aggregate Door of the Orthodox Dharma, His Holiness delivered lectures on Zen Dharma, Esoteric Dharma, and “The Five Positions of the Monarch and Ministers”, etc.

The International Religious Freedom Commission confirmed His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu as the 88th successor of Buddha, symbolizing that the orthodox lineage of Buddhism is acknowledged by the authority in the world.

The Hua Zang Dharma disciples and students gathered at YY Channel of “Grdhrakuta Music”, celebrating His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu’s birthday through network platform. That was the first time the whole clan celebrated His Holiness’ birthday through the network, and also the start of the Buddhist music movement of the “Grdhrakuta Music”.

The Hua Zang Dharma students and His Holiness’ family held a Birthday Party for Him in Zhuhai. During the party, a documentary film, The Buddha, was presented.

Mr.Wu Zeng Heng went to Beijing, revisiting the Xiangshan Mountain after 15 years.

16 Congressmen, represented by Trent Franks and Health Shuler, Chairmen of the core group of the International Religious Freedom Commission, sent an official letter to Zhang Yesui, Chinese Ambassador to the United States, expressing their deep concern about Mr.Wu Ze Heng. They urged the Chinese government to stop harassing Mr. Wu Ze Heng. This event aroused intense interest from international organizations and media, such as the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, Amnesty International Headquarter in London, the Nobel Peace Prize Committee and Reuters.

the first anniversary of the Buddhist Instruments Shop of Vairocana Dharmadhatu was intervened unreasonably by the The National Security Team of the Security Bureau in Zhuhai. They forced the travel agency into cancelling the tourism-service contract signed with Buddhist Instruments Shop of Vairocana Dharmadhatu, causing the temporary change of the first anniversary celebration trip.

Wu Qing and Wu Chi, Hua Zang disciples of the Second Generation, began “Yu” seclusion which lasted for 49 days. And they finished the seclusion successfully on 31st of December. The “Yu” seclusion is a vital practical phase in transforming consciousness and gaining wisdom, becoming divine beyond the mortal, and integrating three kayas and obtaining trinity.

It was the 23rd anniversary of His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu’ obtaining His Buddhahood.The Hua Zang Dharma disciples and students celebrated the Dharma birthday of His Holiness on YY Channel. Around 400 people took part into the celebration.

After ten years and seven months of harsh torture in prison, Mr.Wu Ze Heng was released from prison. On February 28, Mr. Wu finally returned to his hometown in Hui-lai, Guangdong Province to reuinite with his family under strict control and surveillance from the police force.

After being released from prison, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu wrote the first gatha “Arousing Samadhi of Imprint of the Heart through both Sudden Enlightenment and Gradual Practices”:

“ Are there the Bodhi Tree and the Bright Mirror Stand?
How can the nature be separated from heart?
If the judgment on true or false is determined by existing form or emptiness,
Both Sudden and Gradual Enlightenment are trivial.”
The gatha exhorted his disciples to comprehend “Non-duality Truth”, eliminate interior and exterior mara-hindrances and attain serenity and purity in their hearts, and to realize enlightenment in their nature.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng left Huilai for Zhuhai, and settled down in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.

His Holiness wrote a gatha to clarify his heart, “Valorously march forward like Xiangyu and his eight thousand warriors; Retreat with moral integrity like Hengtian and his five hundred followers who would rather die than surrender. Even ghosts and gods will cry for my heroic going. Throw out my chest like a pillar of strength. All my deeds can support both the heaven and the earth. All my deeds are in accordance with the subtleness and grandness of Tao. My heart will shine upon the world and reflect great brightness.”

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu got his first disciples after returning to the secular world. Wu Can and Wu Jing are the lucky ones.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng set up his blog in sina.com (blog.sina.com.cn/china 12841), aiming to preach the Six Paramitas and uphold harmony.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held a nine-day Repentance for Three Realms Altar Ceremony, praying for the souls of the departed in Yushu, Qinghai Province and giving a blessing for the whole region that suffered in the earthquake.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Beijing to see his disciples, students and friends.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to Shanghai to see his disciples, friends and students whom he had not seen for ages. During this time, the police in Shanghai were in conflict with him because Mr. Wu had an arrangement to visit Shanghai World Expo. Eventually, Mr. Wu and five of his fellows came to visit the Expo on 1st of May after continuous negotiation.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to Wuxi to visit the Lingshan Buddha Statue of Wuxi and Sanskrit Palace with his disciples in Shanghai.

Because some disciples of the Third Generation released disharmonious opinions in their blogs, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu publicized the Dicipline of Precepts in his blog, rectifying and cleaning up regulations, canceling Buddhist names of certain disciples of the Third Generation and ordering Wu Zun to be secluded and introspect.

His Holiness Vairocona Xing Wu published “Instruction on Precepts Grade” in his Sina blog 12841, to confirm the precepts grade and protect the regulation percepts of Orthodox Dharma. These disciples will be the “Wu-” generation and will be collated according to their respective percepts grade.

In order to eliminate calamities, harmonize the whole universe, make the practitioners find their true-self and attain the paramount wisdom and benefit all beings, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu started the Buddhist Grand Penitence Altar Ritual, in which almost 8401 disciples, students and followers throughout the country and all over the world participated.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu publicized the Precepts Grades in the Grand Penitence Altar Ritual of Buddhism. Among all the attending disciples, 11 were awarded the Pure Padma Precept and 8025 were awarded the Bright Mani-jewel Precept. Those Yuans (the Buddhist names of Third Generation), who had had their Buddhist names cancelled, regained their Buddhist names after the ritual.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu issued an article, “To Assist My Compatriots with Fragrance in My Heart” in his blog, sparking a fasting for charity for three days from the 14th to 16th of each lunar month. Practitioners in many places responded eagerly, and various spontaneous charity groups came into existence successively.

The 43rd birthday of Master, more than 100 disciples from different places came to Zhuhai to celebrate. Because of worry and suspicion from the Authorities, the Zhuhai police, assisted by police from other regions, obstructed the birthday-gathering in every possible way. Mr.Wu Ze Heng and three of his students were held in custody without reason for 24 hours by the local police in the name of “illegal gathering”. Finally, Mr. Wu’s birthday party was held under police surveillance while he was celebrating with his family.

The Hua Zang Center Website was set up on the internet officially.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu displayed the “Yi Shan Painting”– a treasure keepsake of Zen Dharma inheritance, and the Holy Blood Relic of Buddha for the first time.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu wrote:

“Non form in all forms,
everything just as it is-ness.
The heart of Origin and the reflection of the Moon in the sea,

neither real nor illusionary.”

It opened the occult door of Hua Zang Dharma.

Under the decree of His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu , Wu Hui, Hua Zang disciple of the Second Generation, started seclusion. And he completed the seclusion in consummation and perfection at the time of Shen (the period of the day from 3pm to 5pm ) on 15th of October (8th of September in lunar year). Wu Hui obtained the Supreme Free Padma Precept, and His Holiness granted him the Eighth Stage Bodhisattvahood.

Four Hua Zang disciples of the Second Generation were sent to the First Seclusion to practice and ponder over Samadhi.

The Buddhist Instruments Shop of Vairocana Dharmadhatu opened for business in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, aiming at expanding positive communication, developing the Orthodox Dharma and rectifying regulations and rituals.

“Heart Lamp Online” formally started. “Heart Lamp Online” is a kind of Question and Answer activity that His Holiness conducts openly in society referring to problems in the Buddhism practice on internet. At 8:30pm, every Saturday, in a QQ group named “Awakening Study of Heart Dharma II” (later, it was changed into “the Road to Enlightenment”), the activity gets started. Until now, it has conducted 45 sessions. “Heart Lamp Online” is a vital platform for Hua Zang entering the world in this new era, unfolding His Holiness’ perfect wisdom. The various questions and answers, covering and containing everything, probing into the mystery of mankind and universe, illuminated the whole world with immeasurable lights.

From the anniversary day of His Holiness Vairocona Xing Wu’ obtaining his Buddhahood, nine disciples went into the First Seclusion successively.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng was arrested in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. He was first sent to Ji-da Police
station in Zhuhai for interrogation, and then sent to Ban-bu-qiao Detention House in Beijing.

Li Jingying, Wujie were arrested in Beijing.

Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau detained Li Huiqun,Liu Ren,Yuan Naike,Zhang Changyou and Tian Qingtai for crime “unauthorized issuance of shares” and “illegally operating a business”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was formally arrested for political and religious reasons in Beijing.

The First Branch of People’s Procuratorate of Beijing prosecuted Mr. Wu Ze Heng,LiJingYing,WuJie in the name of
“illegally operating a business” and “unauthorized issuance of shares”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was sentenced to 11 years LiJingying 7 years and Wujie 5 years imprisonment by Beijing The First Intermediate People´s Court for “illegally operating a business” and “unauthorized issuance of shares” in the first instance.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng lodged an appeal to the Beijing Supreme Court.

The Beijing Supreme Court delivered the verdict in the trial of second instance, upholding the original sentence of the Beijing Intermediate Court. Mr. Wu Ze Heng was sentenced to 11 years,Li Jingying 7 years and Wujie 5 years imprisonment for “illegally operating a business” and “unauthorized issuance of shares”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was sent from Bejing to Lian-ping Prison in Guangdong Province to receive prison indoctrination.

The visiting students wanted to held the Buddhist Ritual to convert more Hua Zang followers to Buddhism on the 8th of April in the lunar calendar, in Zhou Quan Monastery in ShanXi Province. His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu gave his approval and instructions and performed the ceremonial ritual in the prison. This aroused the attention and interference of the national department.

Tong Zhiqiang, Li Zheng, Liu Delin, Li Ruiwu and Zhang Songtao were detained by the Public Security Bureau of Taiyuan city of Public Security Department in Shanxi Province. They were forcibly labor reeducated for crime of “disturbing the social order”, for one year and a half to three years.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was transferred from Lian-ping Prison of Guangdong Province to Huaiji Prison. He was locked up in solitary confinement.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was transferred to “the Fourth District” in Huaiji Prison to receive prison “indoctrination”, and put on “A-level” surveillance, strictly controlled .

Zhao Weiping, Yuan Bensan were forcibly labor reeducated two and a half years; Shang Hongwei, Yi Shuhui and Yin Songmei were detained for 33 days for crime of “disturbing the social order”. It executed by the Beijing Public Security.

In the middle of the month, The Huaiji Prison in Guangzhou Province arbitrarily changed Mr. Wu Ze Heng’s charge from “Economic crimes” to “Crime of Endangering State Security”. Hua Zang Dharma was convicted as “an illegal organization threatening the society”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng submitted his appeal to the Beijing Supreme Court again, also submitted his appeal to the Supreme Court of the People’s Republic of China

Mr. Wu Ze Heng, the honorary chairman of China Life Science Association, presided over the first preparatory meeting for establishing Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd in the form of sponsorship. Seven persons attended this meeting.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held the Grand Awakening of Vairocana Dharani Ritual in Zhou Quan Monastery in Shanxi Province for the first time.

The preparatory group convened the second meeting. The initiators from Tianchang and Bengbu in Anhui Province, Xuzhou and Pizhou in Jiangsu Province, Weihai in Shandong Province, Taiyuan in Shanxi Province, Shenyang and Fushun in Liaoning Province, etc., attended the meeting. At this time, the feasibility report of the “Hua ZangGroup Co., Ltd.” and the articles of association for share-holding were approved.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held the Grand Awakening of Vairocana Dharani Ritual in Zhou Quan Monastery in Shanxi Province for the second time.

The preparatory group convened their third meeting. During the meeting they selected the founders representatives, decided to postpone submitting documents to the authority for approval of the group company since Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau of Beijing Municipal Government would not accept any group company registration for short duration before the end of the year, changed the company’s name from the “Hua Zang Group Co., Ltd.” into the “Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd.”, amended the articles of association for the Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd., approved the “articles of association for share-holding”, and decided to make the shares available for subscription from 15th to 25th of June.

However, during the nationwide share offering period, some regional authorities thought the initiators of Hua Zang were “raising money illegally” or “issuing the stocks without authorization”. They searched and detained some of the Hua Zang initiators throughout the country. Some initiators even had charges filed against them alleging criminal liability. The incidents are as follows:

More than ten personnel from the Wanbolin Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce and the Wanbolin Public Security Bureau in Taiyuan besieged the Taiyuan Hua Zang Consultation Centre. Without providing any search warrant, and in the name of illegally raising funds and issuing stocks, they seized 1,962,800 Chinese Yuan and various materials. They also took away six persons, Ma Shuying, Cao Sufang, Li Wei, Zhang Songtao, Zhang Bo and Du Weiyuan (for details please refer to Wanbolin Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce Notice 99 of detaining property No.24 25 26 27). That evening, Zhang Songtao, Zhang Bo and Du Weiyuan were interrogated before being released.

The Wanbolin Public Security Bureau of Taiyuan issued detention notices for Cao Sufang and Ma Shuying alleging they were issuing shares without authorization.

230 founders from Taiyuan jointly signed a letter of appeal to the Minister Li Jingtian of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party strongly requesting them to release the two detained founders and return all the money they confiscated.

The preparatory group convened its fourth meeting to look through the Company’s application procedures and discuss the solutions for the emergent incidents cross the country. The approval procedures were under progressing.

Led by the director of the Tianchang Municipal Scientific Affair Office of Anhui Province, members of the special prosecutor’s team came to the office of Tianchang Life Sciences Society. They closed it down and took away all the account information and receipts to be used in the investigation of Hua Maobin，the representative of the founders. Meanwhile, at about 12 o’clock, without a search warrant or detention warrant, the personnel of Nanyang Police Station of Fushun Public Security Bureau went into the office of the Fushun No. 1 Petroleum factory, seized the list of founders, their application forms, receipts, and a bankbook containing 91,000 Chinese Yuan. They also arrested Yu Guangzhen, He Yuzheng, and Sun Shujing.

Li Heping, the representative of the 230 founders in Taiyuan, wrote an application to the Wanbolin Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce for reconsideration. He requested that the Bureau return all the money they took and release Ma Shuying and Cao Sufang, who were still in custody. FuShun Municipal Public Security Bureau was the issuer of the notices of detention for Yu Guangzhen and the other detainees; and transferred Yu Guangzhen’s deposits of 91,000 Chinese Yuan to the account of Wang Huiwen, a Police personnel.

The State Administration of Industry and Commerce officially issued [the State] Preparatory Approval of the Company Name [1993] Document No. 368. The approved name for the Company was the “Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd.” Accordingly, the preparatory group opened a bank account specifically for the deposit of money paid to the company for shares to be used for and verified as registration capital.

The preparatory group made the decision on its fifth convention that, if the company could not be registered successfully as scheduled, the funds collected would be refunded in full and on time to the subscribers when necessary. Nobody is allowed to embezzle the money.

Over 200 founders of the Company in Tianchang in Anhui Province jointly presented a petition to the Tianchang Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government of Tianchang to explain the legitimacy of establishing the Company and requested the Government to provide support and help.

The Deputy Secretary of Politics and Law of Tianchang declared at the People’s Congress that the Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd was illegally founded to collect money illegally. He warned the populace to be careful so as not to be taken in.

Division No.1 of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Public Security secretly peremptorily froze the account of the “Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd.

The application documents of the Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd. were submitted to the relevant authorities (including the Beijing Municipal Commission for Economic Restructuring, Beijing Municipal Assets Supervision & Administration Commission, the Beijing Municipal Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce) and were approved according to all relevant regulations.

The preparatory group of the Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd wrote an appeal letter to the President Jiang Zemin, Prime Minister Zhu Rongji and Secretary Luo Gan.

The family members of Ma Shuying and Cao Sufang, who were being held in custody in Taiyuan, authorized Liu Yan, Guo Jianfan and Ni Zeren, the lawyers from the Zi Guang Law Firm, to act as agent for their cases.

On the same day the Taiyuan Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce replied to “the Reconsideration Appeal” of the Tai Yuan Hua Zang Consultation Centre as follows:
A. The Centre breached the stipulations of article 84 and article 210 in Company Law of the People’s Republic of China by raising capital through the issuance of unauthorized shares, it was illegal.
B. The amount of money raised was huge, which has also breached the relevant stipulations of Criminal Law of The People’s Republic of China. This Bureau will hand over the case to the Public Security concerned and will not take any further action on the reconsideration application.
The preparatory Group of the Hua Zang Enterprise Co., Ltd. thought the above reply contradicted the fact of the Company’s approving process.

The Xuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province summoned Wang Ziying, Yu Shaolian and Hu Jinhua to the Bureau for interrogation. On the same day the three lawyers from Zi Guang Law Firm tried to negotiate with the Public Security Bureau of Wanbolin but they were delayed in meeting their clients. The reason for this was that since it was a political case, nobody was allowed to visit or call the persons involved in the case.

On the same day, the Public Security Bureau of Fushun went to the office of the Petroleum No. 1 factory and broke the lock to take away the business license and books.

Wang Ziying and Yu Shaolian of Pizhou were released. At 9:00pm, Hu Jinhua was released.

“The First Assembly in The First Session of Hua Zang Vairocana Dharma Ritual” was held in Beijing. 11 disciples attended the Ritual, and gained“Vows of Bodhisattva Certificate”. The holding of Vairocana Dharma Ritual proved the grandness, consummation and perfection of the Hua Zang Dharma, and demonstrated that the Hua Zang Dharma is the Holy Aggregate of the Orthodox Dharma of Buddha. His Holiness preached to the disciples in the first assembly saying that “everything is formed because of causes and the original nature of everything is emptiness”

“The First Assembly in The Second Session of the Hua Zang Vairocana Dharma Ritual” was held in Beijing. 16 disciples attended the altar, and 5 of them gained “Vows of Bodhisattva Certificate” on 3rd of May.

“The Fifth National Elite Training Class of Hua Zang” was held in Beijing. Mr.Wu Ze Heng a speech on the “Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma and Being A Real Person”, proposing that “There is no success without failure, and there is no truth without fiction.”

“The First National Special Training Class of Hua Zang” assembled for training in Beijing. The whole team consisted of 15 members. During their training, Mr.Wu Ze Heng gave speeches many times. After the course, 13 of them were employed by the Beijing Hua Zang Center.

Life Ponder and Dharma Nectar of Hua Zang written by Mr.Wu Ze Heng were reprinted.

“The National Primary Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang Holographic Life Science” and “The National Intermediate Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang Holographic Life Science” were held in Bengbu, Anhui Province at the same time. About 331persons attended the primary training, and 346 persons the intermediate one (among them, 127 members got the Certificate of Completion for the first time). Mr.Wu Ze Heng for the first time adopted “Innate Qimen Battle Formation” in this intermediate training.

“The First Executive Staff Training Class of Hua Zang” was held in Beijing. When lecturing, Mr.Wu Ze Heng interpreted from six aspects, i.e. equal governing, vertical and horizontal management Initiatives, planning and strategy, unified defense, and retreat. There were 20 persons who took part in the training. The trainees offered proposals and had discussions on the management of the Hua Zang Center.

“The Second National Special Training Class of Hua Zang” assembled for training in Bengbu, Anhui Province. During the training, 3 of them dropped out. Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to visit the trainees and gave a speech. After the training, 4 of them were employed by the Beijing Hua Zang Center.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng delivered lectures on “Life Science and Qigong Practice” and “Life Science and Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma” in Panjin, and Fushun in Liaoning Province respectively. More than one thousand people went to attend it. Mr.Wu Ze Heng helped the First Petroleum Factory of Fushun tackle key problems, and provided strategies and planning for the development of the factory. The Central Teaching Group held two classes in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, the Primary Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang and Improving Class of the First Level of Hua Zang. During the training of the Second Level of Hua Zang, “the Event of Tian Tian” occurred. The Center demanded that every local Hua Zang organization should strictly examine the qualification of trainees for the Second Level Training Class of Hua Zang.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Consultation Center of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province” was set up officially.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held a ceremony of introducing the light for the Hall for Enshrining and Worshipping Buddha in the new office building of the Beijing Hua Zang Center, and began to pass on the “Imprint of the Vairocana Buddha´s Heart-Mind”to some staff in the Center in turn.

Leading the staff of the Beijing Hua Zang Center, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu managed to defuse the flooding from the Changjing River. In the early morning of 17th, there was a thunderstorm in Beijing. His Holiness succeeded in bringing water from the south to the north.

“The First National Seminar of On Heart” was held in Beijing. Forty-eight elites and active trainers from the mainland and Taiwan attended the seminar, and had extensive discussions and came to an understanding. In order to target the various diseases caused by the flood of that year, the delegates from different regions were each given a bottle of “Water after meeting to pour around.

Without any reason, some leaders in Chinese Academy of Sciences suddenly cancelled “the International Conference of Esperanto Science and Technology” before its opening. As the sponsor, The Beijing Hua Zang Center temporarily decided to initiate “The Innovation Forum on Studying Traditional Culture and Science & Technology Proposed by Chairman Jiang Zemin”, trying as a replacement. More than 50 delegates attended the forum. During the forum, a proposal letter to all the practitioners in the country was read out in public, aiming to help the disaster areas to fight the flood and get rid of diseases. Thus, all students of Hua Zang in the country proposed to launch a “Campaign of Practicing together for A Hundred Days”.

Columns like the “Hua Zang Digest” of the Beijing Hua Zang Center officially got on to the website named Orient Net Scenery, and the webpages named “Hua Zang Culture” came into being. Hua Zang began to make the use of the internet to disseminate Hua Zang Notion globally.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Consultation Center of Huaiyuan, Anhui Province” was set up officially.

The Beijing Hua Zang Center began to hold a series of lectures named “Life Science and Traditional Culture”, every other week, aiming to strengthen the contact and communication with various sectors of the community.

This day was the 31st birthday of His Holiness vairocana Xing Wu. In the afternoon, His Holiness strolled about the Temple of Heaven with some students and friends in Beijing. In the evening, a birthday celebration was held for the Master. Hua Zang organizations and students all over the country sent congratulatory telegrams.

“The First Assembly in The Third Session of Hua Zang Vairocana Dharma Ritual” was held in Beijing. 10 disciples attended the ritual, and gained “Vows of Bodhisattva Certificate”.

The first-issue ceremony of the First National “Hua Zang Card” was held in the Beijing Hua Zang Center. His Holiness handed out the cards in person.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu gave a speech on “Buddhism and Hua Zang” in the Beijing Hua Zang Consultation Centre. He first brought forward the notion of “Hua Zang Enlightenment Culture”, and gave an explanation of True-Teaching and Form-Teaching, Four Noble Truths, Six Paramitas, and Three Kinds of Zen and Eighteen Grades of Meditation.

After a five-day special training, the first “Hua Zang Voluntary Service Team”, including 12 doctors and Qigong doctors (with one international student coming from Korea), went to the disaster areas in Jiangxi Province to help the victims. They travelled around Poyang Lake for almost 500 km, giving more than 2,000 treatments, and giving more than ten lessons. They fasted, without eating anything during the voluntary service period. What they did enjoyed a great popularity from the local leaders and people in the disaster areas. They were called “a magic fasting medical team”.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Consultation Center of Shenyang, Liaoning Province” was set up officially.

The preparation of “Wu’s Office” in the Northeast was founded in Beijing.

The Organization and Personnel Department and publicizing Department of “Wu’s Office” began to edit and issue the Hua Zang Newsletter (inside trial-issue), providing news of the Beijing Center and national Hua Zang trends to Hua Zang members all over the country.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu went to Shanghai to deliver a series of lectures and seminars. On September 27, he gave a lecture on “Life Science and the 21st Century”, first exposed “Grand Dharani of A-Hundred-Billion-Dharma”. A thousand people attended. In the evening, His Holiness continued to give a lecture on “Hua Zang Dharma of Heart and the Future of Shanghai” to the students in Shanghai. About 170 persons came. After the report, the Shanghai first-issue ceremony of “Hua Zang Card” was held. On 28th, a discussion meeting with people in the science of human body and Qigong circle was held.

29 students in the Intermediate Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang held in Bengbu, got “the Certificate of Completion” in the second turn.

The Chief of the “Japanese Human Body Science Institute” and his assistant were invited to visit the Beijing Hua Zang Center.

“The Second National Intermediate Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang Holographic Life Science” was held in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. Around 323 trainees coming from 22 areas in 7 provinces attended, and Mr.Wu Zeng Heng gave many lectures. On 20th, there appeared auspicious scenes of integration between human and nature. On 24th, Mr.Wu Ze Heng made a report on “Holographic Life Science and Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma” to various people in Xuzhou, and more than 1,400 people attended. After the training, 166 members got the Certificate of Completion as the first batch.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Trade Center of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province” was set up officially.

The second “Hua Zang Voluntary Service Team”, including 8 medical workers, went to the disaster areas in Hubei and Hunan Provinces to help the victims. They travelled more than 500 km. They treated more than 1,400 patients, disseminating the Hua Zang notion throughout the journey.

The preparation of “Wu’s Office” in Shanxi Province was set up in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Training Center of Chaoyang, Guangdong Province” was set up officially, functioning as “Wu’s Office” in Huanan District. Mr.Wu Ze Heng attended the founding conference.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to Huadong District. On 10th, Mr.Wu Holiness attended the founding conference of the “Life Science Association of Tianchang City”, and delivered a speech. On 11th and 12th, Mr.Wu went to Baoying-Lake Farm to take part in the first-issue ceremony of “Hua Zang Card”. On 13th, Mr.Wu successively went to Huaiyuan and Bengbu in Anhui Province to take part in the local first-issue ceremony of “Hua Zang Card”.

Kevon and Simona, the couple from the American Office of the “Brazilian International Mind Institute”, were invited to deliver lectures and exchange academic ideas when they visited Beijing. More than 60 experts, scholars and celebrities in the fields of Life Science and Qigong Research in Beijing attended.

“The Second National Interdisciplinary Elite Training Program” was held in Beijing, comprising 62 experts and scholars from 18 regions all over the country. Mr.Wu Ze Heng brought forward the United Universe Theory of “Grand Triplet”.

The Beijing Hua Zang Center began to edit a series of books, Selections of Dharma Nectar of Hua Zang, and issued Selections (The First Set).

According to Mr.Wu Ze Heng’ instruction, the Teaching Group, Economic Group, Publicizing Group and Archives Group of “Wu’s Office” were renamed the Training Department, Economic Management Department, Publicizing Department and Archives Room.

The Hua Zang Enlightenment Culture, one of the supplements to the Hua Zang Culture series began to be edited and issued.

“The National Primary Training Class of the Second Level of Hua Zang Dharma” was held in Bengbu, Anhui Province. In order to target the problems that appeared during training, Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to instruct them himself. HE proposed, “All life forms are coming from the Heart, all Dharma forms are coming from thoughts, and all causes and effects arise for a reason” HE requested the trainees to ponder deeply and understand these things.

After attaining the qualification of Enterprise Legal Person, the “Hua Zang Consultation Center of Jiangxi Province” was set up officially in Nanchang.

“The Second National Seminar of On Heart” was held in Beijing. 46 elites of Hua Zang coming from 11 regions all over the country took part.

The Beijing Hua Zang center established the “Hua Zang Holographic Medicine Research Group”. The campaign of initiating mainstream medicine was spread throughout the whole country.

The Beijing Hua Zang Center celebrated the New Year. Around 70 celebrities from all realms of science and technology, education, culture, press, enterprises, life science and Qigong came to attend. Li Tusheng, the famous Qigong master, introduced the issues of his accepting the challenge from Sima Nan. Mr.Wu Ze Heng delivered a speech on “harmony and unification”.

The Beijing Hua Zang Center and local Hua Zang organizations each held New Year Parties.

His Holiness vairocana Xing Wu held “the First Training Class of the Intermediate Level of Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma” in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, and disseminated “the Grand Dharma of Dharani” for the first time on the mainland.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu publicized “The Genealogical Chart of Buddhism with Hua Zang Lineage” in Beijing.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng presided over the Hua Zang Conference in Beijing. The “Office of Wu Ze Heng (Wu’s Office)” was established to coordinate various works of the domestic Hua Zang system, indicating that Hua Zang started the second developing stage.

The day of Double Stars (Eclipse and Comet), His Holiness the Vairocana blessed the “Holly Water” in Beijing to extricate people from disasters.

Wu’s Office approved of the resignation of Yi Jing written on the 6th of March, relieving her of all her positions in the Hua Zang system.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng declared his intention to cancel the relationship between himself and his disciples, hoping that students would uphold the spirit of Hua Zang.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng delivered a speech on “Life Science and the 21st Century” in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. More than 800 people attended.

A ceremony to celebrate the 30th birthday of His Holiness the Vairocana was held in Beijing.

“The First National Elite Refresher Course of the Hua Zang Dharma” was held in Beijing. During this period, Mr.Wu Ze Heng gave lectures on the “Holographic Life of the Human Body” and “Right Belief and the Buddhist Siddhi”.

“Beijing Hua Zang Consultation Center” was founded in Beijing, and “Research Center of Hua Zang Culture (in preparation)” was rescinded.

“The Second National Elite Refresher Course of Hua Zang” was held in Beijing. His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu gave lectures on the “Eight Ways to Find the Hidden Sense” and “Spirit and Form”.

After Yi Jing resigned, she spread rumors to slander the Hua Zang Dharma, confuse students and disciples, and betrayed her master and ancestors. On the 8th of September in lunar calendar, following the honorable decree of the Grand Monk De Zhen, His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu cancelled her Buddhist name, Xing Yuan, and expelled her from Hua Zang.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng convoked a meeting of the leading persons of different regions, notifying them of the behavior of Qu Zhi, the responsible person of China Life Science Association, and Yi Jing who together during training classes in Jinhu, Jiangsu Province, declared Yi Jing as “a banner of supernormal life science”.

“The Third National Elite Refresher Course of Hua Zang” was held in Beijing, Mr.Wu Ze Heng gave lectures on “Theory and Dharma”.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng went to Taiyuan, Shanxi Province for the first time to make reports on Life Science, more than 300 persons attended, including elites from 24 different Qigong Sects. The Teaching Group of the Beijing Hua Zang Center held “the first step of Training Class of Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma” in Taiyuan.

“The Fourth National Elite Refresher Course of Hua Zang” was held in Beijing. Mr.Wu Ze Heng gave lectures on “Where does life come, and where does life go?”

The Tenth Anniversary of HIS Holiness Vairocana Attaining HIS Buddhahood was celebrated in Beijing.

The “Hua Zang World Center” was established in Hong kong. Marked that Hua Zang Dharma started its historical global development.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng initiated the preparation of “China Life Science University” and got permission from the relevant state department. He was assigned as the Directorship of the Preparation Committee, and intended to include Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma into the educational system.

The Life Science Association of Bengbu was founded.

The first anniversary meeting of China Life Science was held in Beijing. Mr.Ze Heng made a report on “Life Science and Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma”.

Zen Bell the quotations of Mr.Wu Ze Heng, was published. The book integrated all the Zen essence His Holiness had discoursed upon since HE came into the secular world from the monastery.

Mr.Ze Heng raised a fund of 2.17 million Hong Kong Dollars to establish a primary school in His hometown, Huilai, Guangdong Province. Wang Guangying, Vice Chairman of National People’s Congress, inscribed “Ze Heng School” and “Ze Heng School Building” for the school.

The Life Science Association of Liaoning Province was established in Shenyang. Mr. Wu Ze Heng made a special report on “Life Science and Evolving Laws of Space-time”.

The preparatory committee of the “Research Center of Hua Zang Culture” was founded in Beijing, paving a significant way for the second developing stage of Hua Zang Dharma, symbolizing the strategic transformation from life science to Hua Zang culture.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng held an “Interdisciplinary Elite Training Class” in Shenyang, made a report on “the theory of holographic life and the oneness of man and nature”, proposed the theory of cosmic holographic theory which includes nine grand systems, and cultivated the supernormal functions of experts and professors from different fields.

The journal of Hua Zang Culture (internal information) started publication. Mr. Wu Ze Heng wrote the name and foreword for the journal.

“The First Teachers Training Class of the Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma and Life Science” was held by the China Life Science Association in Beijing.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng convened the “First Life Science Seminar (Xiangshan Conference)” in Beijing. More than 500 scientists attended the meeting. The conference confirmed the primary position of Life Science in the 21st century, and made the theoretical preparation for the formal establishment of the China Life Science Association.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held the “Dharani Assembly” in Nepal for the second time.

The Life Science Association of Huaiyuan County was set up.

The Local Committee of CLSA (China Life Science Association) was founded in Beijing.

The China Life Science Association, the first-level of state association, was established in the Great Hall of the People. Mr. Wu Ze Heng presided over the conference. Several state leaders, such as Wang Guangying, Yang Chengwu, and many scientists attended.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu led a pilgrimage of more than 60 disciples from the mainland and Taiwan to Shao Lin Monastery.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng held “The Second Session of the Training Class on the Human Body’s Supernormal Function” in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng delivered a discourse on “Life Foundation and Life Definition” to more than 200 professors, scholars and experts in China´s Science and Technology University. HE was invited by eight universities, such as University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei University of Technology (HEUT), the PLA Electronic Engineering Institute, Anhui Medical University, Mr. Wu proclaimed the definition of life — “Anything having a space-time process is life”.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu delivered an essay entitledOn Heart in Hong Kong, stating that spiritual and temporal are oneness, and Dharma principles and their applications are united from the view of Hua Zang Dharma.

Approved by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the international scientific research group — International Life Science Research Center — was founded in Hong Kong. Mr. Wu Ze Heng was assigned as the General–Secretary and Executive Chairman of the Asian Division.

The Dharma Wheel of the Hua Zang Dharma was returned in the secular world , symbolizing the end of the Dharma Ending Era.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu held the “Dharani Assembly” in Nepal, disseminating the Great Dharma of Dharani (Intermediate Level of the Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma) for the first time. The attendants were Bhikhus who had been in renunciation for more than 15 years.

The establishment of the “China Life Science Association”, approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, symbolized that life science in China began to combine with Heart Intuitive Dharma in an extraordinary scientific way.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng held a life science report in “News Agency of China”.

The Life Science and 21st Century, written by Mr. Wu Ze Heng, was published. The book discoursed upon the survival crisis that the modern technology brought to human beings and the necessity to follow the way of life science.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng delivered a series of academic lectures on Dharma entitled “Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma and Human Life” in Zhanghua, Taiwan. For the first time, he proposed the notions of “to punish evil is to praise good” and “no refusal to siddhi with right belief”. The “International Training Center of Hua Zang, Taiwan Center” was established.

“The First Session of the Training Class on the Human Body’s Supernormal Function” was held by the China Life Science Association in Weihai, Shandong Province. More than 300 people from all over the country came to attend it.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng delivered lectures in Jinhu in Jiangsu Province, Weihai in Shandong Province and Beijing.

The Life Science Association of Xuzhou was founded. Mr. Wu Ze Heng held “the First Training Class on the Human Body’s Supernormal Function”.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wudisplayed for the first time the “Kasaya and Bowl”, the symbol of the Dharma lineage of Sakyamuni in Taiwan.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was appointed Professor of Philosophy by the United Universities of Hong Kong City.

Under the initiation ofMr. Wu Ze Heng, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand co-established the “United Conference Center of Hua Zang”.

Mr.Wu Ze Heng changed the name of the “Hua Zang Gong” into the “Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma”.

The Life Ponder, written by Mr. Wu Ze Heng, was published. The book included nine articles from Mr. Wu’s speeches on“Qi Gong”, traditional culture and life science.

The Chinese Life Science Association (in preparation) held a symposium. About a dozen celebrities from scientific and technological circles, including a member of the standing committee of the NPC, Vice Chairman of the People’s Congress of Shanghai, the Dean of the School of Bioscience of Fudan University, Tan Jiazhen (a famous biologist), took part in the symposium.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was granted a PH.D in Humanities from Cambridge University, and was engaged as a visiting professor.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was invited to Bengbu High Training School to give a lecture on “Life Science and the 21st Century”, and at the same time, conducted “The Second Session Training Class of Hua Zang Qong”. Mr. Wu Ze Heng was engaged as an honorary professor by the school.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was invited to give a speech on Life Science in the Party Committee Hall of Huaiyuan County in Anhui Province.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng drafted the constitution of the “Hua Zang World Federation”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Britain, Germany, France, USA, Japan, Korea, and former USSR to engage in research and teaching activities.

Before De Chan, the abbot of Shaolin Temple， passed away, he passed the Symbol of Orthodox Dharma -Shao Lin Monastery Treasure “Yi Shan Painting” to His Holiness the Vairocana Xing Wu(Mr.Wu Ze Heng), the 32nd generation successor.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng set up the “International Life Science Development Foundation” in Hong Kong.

For the first time, Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Bengbu, Anhui Province to hold “The First Training Class of Hua Zang Gong”, and organized the establishment of the “Bengbu Seminar of Hua Zang Qigong”.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng held “The First instructor Training Class of Hua Zang in Huaihai Region” in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.

Under the invitation of the China University of Mining and Technology, Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province to hold Life Science Lectures and Training Classes, and built the Xuzhou Teaching Base.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng gave Lectures on life science twice in the Beijing Navy Auditorium.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Weihai, Shandong Province for the first time to do research and give lectures.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng successively held “the First Training Class of Hua Zang Heart Intuitive Dharma” in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, preaching the Ideology of Hua Zhang Dharma

Mr.Wu Ze Heng was initiated into a Perfect Bodhisattva Precept in the White Horse Monastery. HE wrote a poem of Commitment declaring his great aspiration to benefit the world and all beings.

When arriving in Beijing, Mr. Wu Ze Heng was invited to treat Marshal Xu Xiang-qian, who was severely ill. Then his name was registered in the Central Bureau of Health. Taking up the suggestion of the “China Qi-gong Science Research Association”, he communicated with experts and scholars in scientific, academic and educational areas and set up training courses in Tsinghua University.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng published an article named “The Crisis of Qigong — Treasure of the Orient” in the China News of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The article pointed out the falling popularity of Qigong caused by the behaviour of the Qigong masters themselves.

His Holiness Vairocana Xing Wu erected a monument entitled “Zen Treasure for Thousands of Years” in the Shao Lin Monastery, symbolizing the birth of the Hua Zang Dharma created by Him.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng was appointed as the Vice Director of the Scientific Research Group and the Distinguished Researcher of the Chinese Qigong Science Research Association. HE was in charge of the evaluation of all Qigong masters in the whole country under the commission of the committee. Hua Zang “Gong” was declared the only “Gong” of State-level Scientific Research.

Mr. Wu Ze Heng went to Pi County (Pizhou city) in Jiangsu Province to do clinical research on the transfer of cancer cells out of the body, polio and common diseases of the digestive system. All these programs were in the charge of the “Chinese Qi-Gong Science Research Association”.

The Preparatory Committee of the “China Life Science Association” was founded in Beijing, and Mr. Wu Ze Heng was assigned the Directorship.
